No. That figure is a monthly ceiling on how many plate lookups you can run — each is still billed at your plan's per-lookup rate on top of the monthly base. It is not a prepaid bundle. VIN decoding and vehicle images, by contrast, are included free up to the amounts shown.
Each plate lookup is billed per request at your plan's per-lookup rate. Results are cached for seven days, so repeated lookups of the same plate within that window are free. Higher tiers get lower per-lookup pricing.
Plate lookups are deducted from your account balance. Top it up manually or turn on auto-deposit, which tops you up automatically when your balance drops below a threshold you set.
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees — cancel any time and you won't be billed for future cycles. Any remaining balance stays available to use.
